EVA COYLE

Eva Coyle as an Irish folk artist and songwriter builds around storytelling, voice and piano. Her debut album Down to the Shore brought together her Irish musical roots with Scandinavian folk influences, developed through her time studying and performing in Sweden. The album was created in collaboration with Swedish folk guitarist Mattias Pérez, with Coyle's piano and songwriting at the heart of a sound that moves naturally between Irish, Swedish and contemporary folk. She has toured this music across Ireland and Sweden, while her work has received continued support from BBC Radio 2's Folk Show and BBC Radio Ulster.
